RSS was founded in 2003 as a Service Company and our continued focus is making sure our customers have continued support after the sale. We are proud to offer a variety of services to our customers. We will work with you to determine the problem and find the most effective solutions to get your store back to its focus, without worrying about point-of-sale. We currently support and service accounts nationwide.
Our Services Include:
Our Help Desk is available with answers whenever you have an issue. Our technicians are on-call 24 hours a day. Major Problems that prevent you from servicing your customers take precedence and are responded to by a live technician any time, day or night. Every member of our team has extensive experience and training in the POS industry. Together we have over 200 years of experience in the restaurant POS industry.
No matter where you are in the country, RSS offers On-Site Service. We’ll be there to take care of any problems in person. We offer flat rates for our long distance on-site service which means you don’t have to worry about hourly rates or technicians drawing out the time to charge you more.
With our Advanced Equipment Exchange program if our helpdesk can’t fix the problem over the phone or through a remote login then we’ll ship you the working replacement equipment. Plug it in and ship us back the broken one. Our helpdesk will guide you through the process and get you back up and running.
Service Contract Options
We offer several service contracts which gives you the assurance that no matter what—you’re covered. Or choose a plan with a prepaid number of service calls. Or choose not to have a service plan at all and pay as you go. It’s up to you but RSS is here whatever you choose.
RSS specializes in headset repair for HME, Panasonic and 3M. We can advance exchange headsets or just send in your headset for repair. RSS can also be your source for headset parts and consumables like batteries, ear and mic foam, battery chargers, belt pac cases and replacement headsets.
Our headquarters is centrally located in Louisville, KY with satellite offices in the Southeast. We’re within a few hours of most major cities. The UPS Worldport Air Hub in Louisville means expedited shipping and quick deliveries and returns.
KFC Merit Users
RSS offers an alternative to service contracts from hardware manufacturers. We are able to offer Hardware Support for the Merit system. Working in conjunction with the KFC helpdesk we provide Deport Maintenance and On-Site Service for your Merit System Hardware. We already provide service for the largest KFC Franchisee currently using the Merit System.
